At Paleore Jewels, we strive to offer premium-quality jewellery crafted with care. However, due to the delicate nature of jewellery and hygiene reasons, we have a strict return and refund policy in place to protect both our customers and our brand.
Eligibility for Return:

Returns are only accepted in the rare event of:

A defective or damaged product was received

Wrong item delivered

The issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Any claims made beyond 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and unworn

In its original packaging with tags and invoice intact

Returned with video proof of unboxing (must be recorded from the time the sealed parcel is opened)
Non-Returnable Items:

Products bought during sale/discount period

Products showing signs of wear or damage post-delivery

Customized or made-to-order products

Items returned without unboxing video proof
Refunds:

Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only.

Store credit can be used for future purchases at Paleore Jewels.

No cash/bank refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Unboxing video as proof

Once the return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if serviceable). Otherwise, the customer may be requested to ship the item to us.

Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will issue store credit within 3–5 business days.

Paleore Jewels reserves the right to deny returns if the product fails to meet the above conditions.
