Thank you for visiting Paleore Jewels. We are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience, including timely and safe delivery of your orders. This Shipping Policy outlines all relevant information regarding the shipment of products purchased from our website.

1. Shipping Partners
We have partnered with Shiprocket, a trusted logistics aggregator, to ensure seamless and timely delivery across India. Through Shiprocket, your orders will be assigned to one of the leading courier companies, such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, etc., based on your location.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Duration

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Shipping timelines may vary depending on product availability, delivery location, and any unavoidable logistics delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all orders above 1499.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat COD charge of ₹70 will be applicable for all COD orders.
  • Orders below ₹1499 may attract a shipping fee, which will be calculated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking
 Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking ID and courier partner details. You can track your shipment status directly through the courier’s website or via Shiprocket’s tracking portal.

6. Delivery Delays
 While we strive to deliver your products on time, certain factors such as natural disasters, strikes, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand may cause delays. We will do our best to keep you informed about such delays.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of placing the order.
  • In case of incorrect/incomplete address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier may attempt delivery twice before returning the parcel to us.
  • If the product is returned due to customer error, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

8. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • In rare cases where your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with images and order details at paleorejewels@gmail.com
  • We will coordinate with our shipping partners for investigation and offer a resolution at the earliest.
